1st Class Pizza & Subs

I will never order from anywhere else again, I have only once had a problem with this place in the 6years I have used it...food and staff are amazing

Just had order delivered and won't be using again, ordered Deep pan pizza and 3 pieces of chicken and chips with diet cok . What was delivered, thin and not so crispy and luke warm pizza, chicken and chips chicken tasty and warm chips went in dustbin absolutely rubbish and certainly not worth the money.

It's has Very tasty pizzas and great service as well.

Regular customer. Forcing people to get delivery is one thing. Forcing the charges is just bad customer service. Spoke to someone on the phone when contacted about an order (online menu doesn't have same options as in store) when asked about the delivery charge he got confrontational and rude and told me to just go order elsewhere and cancelled my order. Will not be using you ever again and would recommend other to do the same.My recommendation is Prima Pizza in town. Friendly staff and will rectify any mistakes in as soon as they can.

Cold food, and missing items

I'm such a pizza lover and I can guarantee they are the best in Mansfield I won't order from anyone else perfect 😍

Shocking!!!! Burnt top rubber base. Kabab was shocking. Sick all morning DO NOT USE

Ordered off just eat for a set time. Was still 30mins late. When arrived it was stone cold.As soon as I made the order on just eat I missed off some food so phoned it though and that was not a problem. But food didn't turn up, when called they stated they couldn't find my address so they canceled order even after accepting but not informing myself. Could not give me a time for the missing meal to arrive so one of my party is going with out food.

Ive got a wrong pizza ( not the one I been ordering) and I did call back and they didn't wanna change it

Worst experience ever, wait 1hr food was cold, and wrong, i phone up, and girl on phone didnt even apologise, said wait another hour.

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight and 2 chips.. the order was slightly wrong, we called back and the person that answered the phone was really helpful, polite and sorted it straight away. Pizza was delicious and super fresh. We will be ordering again ☺️.

Had one really lovely pizza from here.But today the order was late and when it came to me it was burnt. I rang the shop the staff service was shocking and he was arguing with me that it wasn't burnt even the crusts were black. Will not use these again the bloke has some attitude. Definitely wouldn't recommend 😡😡😡

Ordered last night....disgusting food ....over cooked pizza no taste .... stone cold....garlicbread was defo frozen rubbish oven baked similar to ones ya can buy in super market .. Chips were horrid defo frozen ..avoid this poor takeaway

Just found plastic in the kebab. Meat was very dry, and not the least...the strawberry cheesecake IS still frozen. 1st class my..
